I thought this was a weird sentence but it's really normal! I saw this sentence in Black Mirror (tv show) 

Eu pensei que era uma frase estranha, mas é realmente normal! Eu vi essa frase no Black Mirror (programa de TV)

It means: Onde você está? 

Ela significa: Onde você está?

However, we only use it in informal conversation! 

Contudo, nós somente usmaos em conversas informais

It's correct to say it, but, remember! only in informal conversation!
